The RitzPix Pro Solution enables you to sell photos online through your own co-branded, customizable LifePics-powered Web site. Orders are fulfilled by Ritz Camera Center. They can be mailed directly to your customers, or even better, with over 1,000 digitally integrated locations nation-wide, orders can be picked up in as little as one hour after they are placed! Whether your orders are being delivered or picked up, our automated system allows you the freedom to focus more on what you do best: shoot photos!

RitzPix is committed to providing you with the best online solution for your professional photography business. You have easy uploading and organizational capabilities for your images, and you can set events to either public (anyone can view) or private (requires event code to view). Through our RitzPix network, you can offer many different options for print sizes and finishes, as well as other creative and unique photo gifts and templates. Your customers will love the wide product selection, intuitive Web site, and easy viewing, sharing, and ordering functions. Both you and your customers receive expert technical and customer support from the RitzPix staff.

Your own LifePics Domain Name

When joining, you can pick your own site name for your site!  You will then be “www.YourSite.lifepics.com.”  If you have your own domain name then you can use your domain tools to redirect your customers from “www.YourSite.com” to “www.YourSite.lifepics.com.”

Your own Customized Look

You don’t have to be a web designer to make your page look nice for you.  The Pro Solution service is designed for everyone, from amateur to pro.  You can use all the default settings for your site, or you can upload your own logos and images to give your site a new look.  If you know HTML, then you can grow even more and add many more options to your site.  Check out our Demo Site for an example.

Protected Images

Using Ritzpix Pro, you do not have to worry about your work being copied or printed without your knowledge.  All images are “right-click” protected, so your images cannot be saved.  All images are also watermarked.  You can choose what your watermark says, as well as the opacity and angle of it on your images.

Unlimited Storage and Traffic

You have unlimited storage and traffic with Ritzpix Pro.  You can upload as many images as you would like, at any resolution.  Your images will remain on the site for a total of 6 months.  After 6 months, you will be contacted before the images get deleted, and in most cases, 6 months is plenty of time for customers to place orders from an event.

Most websites require you to purchase different plans in order to have high traffic to and from your website.  Ritzpix Pro has an unlimited amount of traffic with no extra cost!

Multiple Content Pages

You can have multiple pages on your site all with your own content!  You can show package information, sales, up coming events, or even a page of other services that you offer.  Pages will be displayed across the top of your site for easy access.

Public and Private Galleries

As a photographer, I am sure you have many different types of jobs.  Your events could be anything from a Wedding, a personal photo shoot, a little league baseball game, or even just a party.  Ritzpix Pro allows you to have both publicly accessible events, as well as private events.  If you shoot any private events, you can create a password to give to your customers so that they can access the photos, without them being visible to the public.

Order Pick Up and Delivery

All customers of course have the option to have their order delivered to them, just as with many other websites.  When using Ritzpix Pro, you can also offer your customers the option of picking up their order in 1 Hour at any of our retail locations across the country!  We all know that speed makes everyone happy, and that is what we are good at.

Most companies only offer help through email, and most of the time you have to wait a few days for a response.  Not true with Ritzpix Pro.  We do offer email, which we pride in our speedy replies.  We also offer phone support Monday-Friday, as well as help via “Live Chat” with site developers 7 days a week.  We want to make sure all your issues get resolved in a timely manner.

Admin Site and Reports

When you join, you get your own admin site designed for you to set up your site options, including products, prices, and over all look of you site.  From your admin site, you can even see who has been looking at your pictures and whether they are buying or not.  You can create your own promotional codes and offer discounts, as well as print out a detailed report of all your sales for a specific time period.  You can check out an admin site by clicking on “Admin Sample”  under Sample Sites.  Use login “demopro” and password “demo123.”
